1. VA Sinarmas payment via ATM
- Insert your ATM card.
- Select language
- Enter ATM PIN
- Then select the "Transfer" menu.
- Then select the menu "Bank Sinarmas Account".
- Then select the "Other Customer Account" menu.
- Then enter the virtual account number (example: 8901100100000001), then select “True”.
- Then enter the amount you want to pay. Then select "True".
- In the “Reference Number” menu because it is optional, it can be left blank, then select “True”.
- On the confirmation screen, select “Yes” to run the transaction, “No” if you want to cancel the transaction.
2. VA Sinarmas payment via Internet Banking
- Access to the internet banking page of Bank Sinarmas at https://www.banksinarmas.com/PersonalBanking/loginCustomer.do
- Enter username and password.
- If you have successfully logged in, select the "Funds Transfer" menu.
- Then select the menu "Bank Sinarmas Account".
- Then enter the virtual account number (example: 8901100100000001), then confirm the transaction such as entering the token number or SMS token to make a payment.
3. VA Sinarmas payments via other banks
- Select the menu "Interbank transfer" or "Online transfer between banks".
- If the transaction is via ATM, enter Bank Sinarmas code (153) then followed by a 16 digit virtual account number (example: 8901100100000001).
- If through a channel such as internet banking or mobile banking, select Bank Sinarmas then enter the 16 digit virtual account number in the destination account column (example: 8901100100000001).
- Enter the nominal transfer according to the bill.
- Confirmation of your details will appear on the screen, check and if it is appropriate please continue the transaction until it is complete.
- Successful Transaction.
