How to make IDK payment using Bank Permata

In this guide, we will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to make payments through the Permata ATM, Mobile Banking, and Internet Banking.

Payment through Permata ATM

1. Select the OTHER TRANSACTIONS menu.
2. Choose PAYMENT.
3. Select OTHER PAYMENTS.
4. Choose VIRTUAL ACCOUNT.
5. Enter the VIRTUAL ACCOUNT number shown on the confirmation page and press OK.
6. Select the source account for the debited funds, then press YES to confirm the transaction.

Payment through Permata Net

1. Open the PermataNet website: https://new.permatanet.com.
2. Enter your User ID and Password.
3. Select Bill Payment.
4. Choose Virtual Account.
5. Enter the 16-digit Virtual Account number shown on the confirmation page (868001XXXXXXXXXX).
6. Enter the payment amount as stated on the invoice.
7. Confirmation of payment will appear.
8. Enter transaction authentication/token.
9. Transaction completed.

Payment through Permata Mobile

1. Open the PermataMobile Internet application (Android/iPhone).
2. Enter your User ID and Password.
3. Select Bill Payment.
4. Choose Virtual Account.
5. Enter the 16-digit Virtual Account number shown on the confirmation page (868001XXXXXXXXXX).
6. Enter the payment amount as stated on the invoice.
7. Confirmation of payment will appear.
