Payment Instruction for BCA
1. VA BCA payment via ATM

- Insert your ATM card.
- Select language
- Enter ATM PIN
- Then select the menu "Other transactions". Then select the "Transfer" menu
- Then select the account menu "BCA Virtual Account"
- Then enter the virtual account number (example: 1358912300000001), then select “True”.
- Then enter the amount you want to pay. Then select "True".
- On the confirmation screen, select “Yes” to run the transaction, “No” if you want to cancel the transaction.
- Payment completed.
2. VA BCA payment via Internet Banking

- Access to the Bank BCA Individual internet banking page at https://ibank.klikbca.com/
- Enter the username and password.
- If you have successfully logged in, select the "Fund Transfer" menu.
- Then select the "Transfer to BCA Virtual Account" menu.
- Then enter the virtual account number (example: 1358912300000001), then confirm the transaction such as entering the token number or SMS token to make a payment.
- Payment completed.
3. VA BCA payment via Mobile Banking

- Login to the BCA Mobile application, select the m-BCA menu, then enter the access code.
- After logging in, select the "m-Transfer" menu.
- Then select the "BCA Virtual Account" menu.
- Next, enter the virtual account number (example: 1358912300000001) along with the payment amount.
- Enter your PIN number.
- Then press "OK".
4. VA BCA payments via other banks

- Select the "Interbank transfer" or "Interbank online transfer" menu.
- If the transaction is through an ATM, enter the Bank BCA code (014) followed by the 16-digit virtual account number (example: 1358912300000001).
- If through a channel such as internet banking or mobile banking, select Bank BCA then enter the 16 digit virtual account number in the destination account column (example: 1358912300000001).
- Enter the nominal transfer according to the bill.
- Confirmation of your details will appear on the screen, check and if it is appropriate please continue the transaction until it is complete.
- Successful Transaction.

1. VA BRI payment via ATM
- Insert your ATM card.
- Select language
- Enter ATM PIN
- Then select the menu "Other transactions"
- Then select the menu "Payment". Then select the "Others" menu
- Choose “BRIVA”
- Then enter the virtual account number (example: 1270312640000001), then select “True”.
- Then enter the amount you want to pay. Then select "True".
- On the confirmation screen, select “Yes” to run the transaction, “No” if you want to cancel the transaction.
2. VA BRI payment via Internet Banking
- Access to the internet banking page of Bank BRI at https://ib.bri.co.id/ib-bri/
- Enter username and password.
- If you have successfully logged in, select the "Payment" menu.
- Then select the "BRIVA" menu.
- Then enter the virtual account number (example: 1270312640000001), then confirm the transaction such as entering the token number or SMS token to make a payment.
3. VA BRI payment via Mobile Banking
- Login to the BRI Mobile application and select BRI mobile banking.
- After logging in, select the “Payment” menu.
- Then select the "BRIVA" menu.
- Then enter the virtual account number (example: 1270312640000001) along with the nominal payment.
- Enter your PIN number.
- Then press “OK”.
4. VA BRI payments via other banks
- Select the menu "Interbank transfer" or "Online transfer between banks".
- If the transaction is via ATM, enter Bank BRI code (002) followed by a 16 digit virtual account number (example: 1270312640000001).
- If through a channel such as internet banking or mobile banking, select Bank BRI then enter the 16 digit virtual account number in the destination account column (example: 1270312640000001).
- Enter the nominal transfer according to the bill.
- Confirmation of your details will appear on the screen, check and if it is appropriate please continue the transaction until it is complete.
- Successful Transaction.
Payment Instruction for Sinarmas
1. VA Sinarmas payment via ATM
- Insert your ATM card.
- Select language
- Enter ATM PIN
- Then select the "Transfer" menu.
- Then select the menu "Bank Sinarmas Account".
- Then select the "Other Customer Account" menu.
- Then enter the virtual account number (example: 8901100100000001), then select “True”.
- Then enter the amount you want to pay. Then select "True".
- In the “Reference Number” menu because it is optional, it can be left blank, then select “True”.
- On the confirmation screen, select “Yes” to run the transaction, “No” if you want to cancel the transaction.
2. VA Sinarmas payment via Internet Banking
- Access to the internet banking page of Bank Sinarmas at https://www.banksinarmas.com/PersonalBanking/loginCustomer.do
- Enter username and password.
- If you have successfully logged in, select the "Funds Transfer" menu.
- Then select the menu "Bank Sinarmas Account".
- Then enter the virtual account number (example: 8901100100000001), then confirm the transaction such as entering the token number or SMS token to make a payment.
3. VA Sinarmas payments via other banks
- Select the menu "Interbank transfer" or "Online transfer between banks".
- If the transaction is via ATM, enter Bank Sinarmas code (153) then followed by a 16 digit virtual account number (example: 8901100100000001).
- If through a channel such as internet banking or mobile banking, select Bank Sinarmas then enter the 16 digit virtual account number in the destination account column (example: 8901100100000001).
- Enter the nominal transfer according to the bill.
- Confirmation of your details will appear on the screen, check and if it is appropriate please continue the transaction until it is complete.
- Successful Transaction.
Payment Instruction for BNI
1. VA BNI payment via ATM
- Insert your ATM card.
- Select language
- Enter ATM PIN
- Select "More Menu".
- Select "Transfer".
- Select the type of account you will use (Example: "From Savings Account").
- Select “Virtual Account Billing”.
- Enter your Virtual Account number (example: 8717012300000001).
- The invoice to be paid will appear on the confirmation screen.
- Confirm, if it is appropriate, continue the transaction.
- Your transaction has been completed.
2. VA BNI payment via Mobile Banking
- Access BNI Mobile Banking from your mobile phone then enter your user ID and password.
- Select the “Transfer” menu.
- Select the “Virtual Account Billing” menu then select a debit account.
- Enter your Virtual Account number (example: 8717012300000001) in the “new input” menu.
- The invoice to be paid will appear on the confirmation screen.
- Confirm the transaction and enter the Transaction Password.
- Your transaction has been completed.
3. VA BNI payment via Internet Banking
- Go to https://ibank.bni.co.id/
- Enter User ID and password.
- Click the Transfer menu, then select “Virtual Account Billing”.
- Then enter your Virtual Account number (example: 8717012300000001) which you want to pay. Then select the debit account to be used. Then press "Continue".
- Then the bill to be paid will appear on the confirmation screen.
- Enter the Token Authentication Code.
- Your transaction has been completed.
4. VA BNI payments via other banks
- Select the menu "Interbank transfer" or "Online transfer between banks".
- If the transaction is through an ATM, enter the BNI Bank code (009) then followed by the 16 digit virtual account number, (example: 8717012300000001).
- If through a channel such as internet banking or mobile banking, select Bank BNI then enter the 16 digit virtual account number in the destination account column (example: 8717012300000001).
- Enter the amount of the transfer according to your bill or obligation. Different denominations cannot be processed.
- Confirmation of your details will appear on the screen, check and if it is appropriate please continue the transaction until it is complete.
- Successful Transaction.
